It would probably be a good idea to not only e-mail a letter to Dawn Ostroff
at dawn_ostroff@upn.com, but to also send her your letter stating how much
you love Everwood. Keep them positive!

CW/WB Contacts
Here is another e-mail address. This one is for Paul McGuire, the Senior VP
of Communications for the WB. He is apparently reading his SAVE EVERWOOD
e-mails and we should continue to flood him with them!!!
Here's the Pinecones Link: www.ponderosapinecones.com (This is the Pinecones site and 100% of the
money goes to the Girl Scouts)
At the very bottom of that page asking for billing info, there's a big space
for special delivery information. Ask them to include something that says
"Save Everwood" and give them Dawn Ostroff's address...

Radio Campaign
SPREAD THE WORD TO "SAVE EVERWOOD" BY RADIO!!!
A simple thing EVERYONE can do is email your local radio stations asking
them to chat about or just mention "Everwood" on the stations' morning,
afternoon or evening radio shows.
In your email:
--Give them a simple rundown of the show.
--Tell them about the predicament the show is in right now. --Make sure you acknowledge the fact they have a specific agenda to cover
but that you'd be eternally grateful if they just included a simple mention
of "Everwood". For example: "Have you been watching "Everwood" lately? We have quite a
few upset fans of the show here at the station since it was announced the
new CW network axed the program. If you also love this incredible show make
sure to contact The CW to tell them how disappointed you are and that they
should give "Everwood" the spot on the schedule it deserves. We've posted
the contacts on our website at [radio show's station web address]. If you
haven't tuned in yet, what are you waiting for? This Monday's episode airs
at 9/8c and the season finale airs next Monday, June 5, starting at 8/7c.
Don't miss it!".
--But, any little mention will do, especially if it means MORE mentions! --Remember to say you appreciate the consideration, and thank them for their
cooperation.
--Or ask them to run a WB radio advertisement for "Everwood" several times a
day.
If anyone's in the radio business: At least ask for the mentions from the
radio show hosts and DJs. If you don't get a personal email response from
them within 36 hours after emailing them, call the station's program
coordinator and reiterate what was in your email, basically a request for
the show hosts and DJs to mention "Don't forget to watch "Everwood" this
Monday, May 29 at 9/8c and tune in the following Monday, June 5, for the
season finale starting at 8/7c on The WB." Most people would be willing to
help. There will be others who will totally blow you off and give you lip
service but don't stay discouraged---stay the course and try each one of
your local radio stations. We don't have alot of time to get those adverts
in so just duplicate the same email to multiple radio stations, even ones
not in your local area--if you're really ambitious! Send your "Everwood"
'request' emails this weekend before the next eppy titled "Goodbye Love"
airs Monday! After that, send shortened emails throughout this week
reminding them to mention "Everwood" on air, emphasizing that the finale is
next Monday, June 5 starting at 8/7c on The WB. Again, if you don't get an
emailed response, call the station so we get our point across and can spread
the word --"The CW needs Everwood" and "Everwood deserves to stay on the
air!!".
You can do it! We all can pitch in!!
As always: remember to say you appreciate the consideration, and thank them
for their cooperation.
Look up your own local radio stations phone numbers in your phonebook. It's
that easy!!!

"A website called HomeTheaterForum is holding a chat with Warner Brothers
about TV and Animation releases. If enough people go to the chat and ask
Warner Brothers about upcoming Seasons of Everwood, maybe they will change their minds. Warner Brothers has done chats on this website before and some of the suggestions from participants have actually ifluenced some releases.
This is a site to go to for the chat, if you really want seasons 2-4 on dvd, then visit this chat, don't assume that you being there won't matter, because at this point, every person counts! WB didn't make enough money with the season 1 release, so they need to see that they could make money with additional season releases, or we may never get those on dvd!
